How to play memory
All cards start face down. Turn over two cards per turn. If they match, the pair stays face up and you go again; if they don't, both flip back and it's the next player's turn. The game ends when every pair has been found — solo players are trying to finish in as few moves as possible.
Your best move count for each deck size is saved in this browser, so you always have a target to beat. Want a paper version for the classroom? Every deck here can be printed from the generators on this site.
